The following activities are strictly prohibited on nan88, and if identified, may result in account closure as well as legal action:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Abusing bonuses or strategically creating accounts for the purpose of obtaining bonuses.
• Money laundering or use of illegal funds.
• Using software, bots, or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Interfering with the platform's security or technical systems.
• Fraudulent conduct toward other members.
• Operating an account using a third party's identity.
• Fraudulent payment transactions or chargeback claims.

7.1 Account Closure by Member

Any member may request the closure of their account at any time. To make a request, use the contact details on the Responsible Gaming page or contact the support team directly. Any applicable withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed.

7.2 Suspension by nan88

nan88 may suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
